Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and provide a reliable delivery service across the United Kingdom.

Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 3-7 working day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after cut-off times or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Services
We use trusted UK couriers including DX Secure Flex (Signature Service), which provides tracked delivery with confirmation of receipt.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery is typically 2–5 working days from dispatch. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are guidelines only and not guaranteed.

Signature & Proof of Delivery
All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. For certain items, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Delivery confirmation may include one or more of the following:

  • Recipient signature
  • GPS location confirmation
  • Delivery photographs

This information is provided by the courier as independent proof that the order has been delivered to the specified address.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a full and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Safe Place & Third-Party Acceptance
If delivery instructions are provided (e.g. safe place or neighbour), the courier may deliver accordingly. This is considered successful delivery once confirmed by the courier.

Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather, or peak periods). Such delays do not constitute non-delivery.

Missing Parcels
If you believe your parcel is missing, you must contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.

Where courier tracking confirms delivery (including signature, GPS, or photographic evidence), the order will be considered successfully delivered.
